If you notice that an item is damaged upon receipt, please let us know immediately. We will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.
Returns
Is your received order not entirely to your expectations? You can return products up to 14 days after receiving your order without giving a reason. Always contact us first by e-mail, stating your order number. We will then let you know how to return the products in their original condition, packaging and shipping box. You then have another 14 days to return the product. The costs for returning the order/products are entirely at your own expense. After receipt and inspection of the returned products by Schaap & Draak, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Provided that they are not damaged.
Products that are no longer in their original condition, such as a skein of yarn that has been wound into a ball, cannot be returned.
If you have any comments or remarks about the product or if you have a complaint about the product you received, please contact us by e-mail within 14 days of receiving the product. We may be able to resolve the problem in consultation with you. Complaints will be processed within 30 days. If Schaap & Draak agrees to the return of the product, we will let you know how to return the product in the original packaging and shipping box. After receipt and inspection of the returned products by Schaap & Draak, the purchase amount will be (partially) refunded or exchanged for a replacement item.
The return policy does not cover minor imperfections in (hand-dyed) yarns that are common. These include:
- Knots in the yarn.
- Variation in the thickness of the yarn within a strand.
- The transfer of color from hand-dyed yarns when washed.
Most products at Schaap & Draak are (largely) handmade. This may result in variations in colour and size. This is simply a characteristic of the craftsmanship that makes our Sheep & Dragon products so unique. These characteristics are therefore not included in the return policy.
It is not possible to return personalised products, made to order and/or products purchased especially for the customer. This includes in particular Advent calendars, clubs and other pre-order theme packages.
