West Yorkshire Spinners Fleece

We are one off the very few shops in The Netherlands that stock a selection of the beautiful undyed West Yorkshire Spinners Fleece range. Other colours and bases from the Fleece Range that are not in stock, can be ordered. I order 2-3 times a year at West Yorkshire Spinners. A custom order is often even possible with a minumum of 2 skeins per colour. It depends by base and thickness. If we normally don't have the base, like the Jacob, it will be by quantity of 500 gram. We have NO brick and mortar store and are not equipped to receive customers. Picking up orders is also not possible. Orders can only be accepted trough the online store. If you want to shop in person, please check the calendar and visit us during fibre fairs and markets. We do not have fixed working hours. These are mainly during school hours and also depend on the baby's naps and mood. We aim to respond to your e-mail within 2-3 working days, but it may take longer. About Us

Who are the people behind Schaap & Draak (Translation: Scheep & Dragon) The Schaap & Draak Team consists of 1 person. That's me: Liset. Supplemented by the children who help out at fairs, choose colours and sometimes make spinning rollags.There is no physical Schaap & Draak brick and mortar store or studio. All work is done from our home. The care and logistical challenges surrounding our 4 young children also require the necessary attention. It may therefore take a few working days before you receive a response to e-mail and other messages. We aim to respond within 2-3 working days, but it may also take longer. If you have not received a response after a week, please resend your message, it may have been overlooked or hidden in the spam filter. A hungry baby does not really improve communication with you as a customer during a telephone conversation. Just like the other children who all think they are entitled to eat the last banana or cookie or ... That is why I ask you to preferably have all contact via e-mail and not by telephone. That makes us both happier. During school holidays and around public holidays, the focus is on the family and the children and there are fewer working hours. It may then take longer to respond to your e-mail and shipping of orders may also take a few days longer than expected. We try to indicate any expected delay in the webshop.. And what you can expect during that holiday. We are living in the South of The Netherlands, but our region regularly has different holidays from the rest of Zeeland. During and around fairs and markets, it is also possible that responses and shipping may take longer. We ask for your understanding.

Markets and fair in 2020 Tja, en dan werd het wel heel treurig voor de rest van het jaar. Daarom een plaatje om het geheel wat op te vrolijken :) En toen zaten we in een intelligente lockdown vanwege het Coronavirus en ziet de wereld er opeens een beetje anders uit. Aangezien niemand weet hoe we verder gaan de komende tijd, laat ik alles nog even staan. Wat er mogelijk met aanpassingen nog dit jaar door kan gaan en wat niet? We zullen het zien. Tot die tijd blijft de webshop gewoon open, maar we werken er nu harder aan om alle producten online te zetten. Op de volgende markten en beurzen zijn wij aanwezig in 2020. Dit worden er meer naar mate het jaar vordert. Voor de meeste markten is de inschrijving nog niet geopend. Knit & Knot Helaas is er in 2020 GEEN voorjaars-editie!We zien u graag op een andere markt en/of beurs. Orders

After completing the ordering process, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. As soon as we have received the payment, your order will be packed and prepared for shipment on Monday or Friday and offered to PostNL. Changes Do you want to add something to your order or change your address details? Please contact us as soon as possible, stating your order number. If you have already received a shipping confirmation, it is no longer possible to change anything. Your order has already been dropped off for shipping.Cancellation Do you want to cancel your order before it has been shipped? Please contact us immediately to cancel. This is only possible if your order has not yet been shipped. Shipping confirmations can have a few hours delay.If you have not yet paid for your order and you want to cancel it, please contact us as well, so we can cancel the order properly and put the reserved products back in the webshop. Photos of the products We do our best to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on your screen. We do not use editing software and/or AI. Keep in mind that teals and purples are known they don't want to be photographed. In addition, there is unfortunately a lot of difference between the display of different screens. It is therefore possible that your received product looks different from the photo. This is a risk of buying via the internet, for which we cannot accept any responsibility. If you want to be certain about the colour of a product, visit one of the markets or fairs where we are present during the year. The dates for this will be listed in the Agenda as soon as they are known.

Payments options

Shipping

Packing and delivering orders usually takes place on fixed shipping days: Orders received and paid on Monday to Thursday are shipped on Friday Orders received and paid on Friday to Sunday are shipped on MondayThe days around a fair in which we participate are an exception. Orders are then usually shipped from the following Tuesday. Delivering orders is combined as much as possible with picking up/dropping off the children from school and groceries (we live of a farm). An exception to this is around holidays or when the oldest children spontaneously go to school by bike that day. Also during the School Holidays and Study Days, when the children are free from school, it is possible that packages are offered for shipping on a different day. We send the orders as PakketPost via MyParcel.nl, they work together for parcel shipping with PostNL. All shipments are always sent with Track & Trace. Shipping within the Netherlands: €8.25 Shipping to Belgium: €12.00 If you want to ship to another destination, please contact us in advance by email.The indicated costs are not only for sending packages with Track & Trace, but also the time and materials for carefully packaging your order. We reuse packaging materials such as boxes and filling material, if possible, as much as possible. Do you only want to order small items such as BallonBallen, T-pins or stitch markers? Then contact us in advance by email for the costs for shipping by Letterbox Package (including Track & Trace). As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email so that you can track the shipment. Have you not received your order after 6 working days? Then please contact us.

Returns

Warranty If you notice that an item is damaged upon receipt, please let us know immediately. We will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution. Returns Is your received order not entirely to your expectations? You can return products up to 14 days after receiving your order without giving a reason. Always contact us first by e-mail, stating your order number. We will then let you know how to return the products in their original condition, packaging and shipping box. You then have another 14 days to return the product. The costs for returning the order/products are entirely at your own expense. After receipt and inspection of the returned products by Schaap & Draak, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Provided that they are not damaged. Products that are no longer in their original condition, such as a skein of yarn that has been wound into a ball, cannot be returned.If you have any comments or remarks about the product or if you have a complaint about the product you received, please contact us by e-mail within 14 days of receiving the product. We may be able to resolve the problem in consultation with you. Complaints will be processed within 30 days. If Schaap & Draak agrees to the return of the product, we will let you know how to return the product in the original packaging and shipping box. After receipt and inspection of the returned products by Schaap & Draak, the purchase amount will be (partially) refunded or exchanged for a replacement item. The return policy does not cover minor imperfections in (hand-dyed) yarns that are common. These include: - Knots in the yarn. - Variation in the thickness of the yarn within a strand. - The transfer of color from hand-dyed yarns when washed.Most products at Schaap & Draak are (largely) handmade. This may result in variations in colour and size. This is simply a characteristic of the craftsmanship that makes our Sheep & Dragon products so unique. These characteristics are therefore not included in the return policy. It is not possible to return personalised products, made to order and/or products purchased especially for the customer. This includes in particular Advent calendars, clubs and other pre-order theme packages.

Visits; We do not have a physical store and it is NOT possible to come by to view our products. Schaap&Draak is run from home and we are absolutely not equipped to receive customers.
