Orders

After completing the ordering process, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. As soon as we have received the payment, your order will be packed and prepared for shipment on Monday or Friday and offered to PostNL.

Changes
Do you want to add something to your order or change your address details? Please contact us as soon as possible, stating your order number. If you have already received a shipping confirmation, it is no longer possible to change anything. Your order has already been dropped off for shipping.

Cancellation
Do you want to cancel your order before it has been shipped? Please contact us immediately to cancel. This is only possible if your order has not yet been shipped. Shipping confirmations can have a few hours delay.

If you have not yet paid for your order and you want to cancel it, please contact us as well, so we can cancel the order properly and put the reserved products back in the webshop.

Photos of the products
We do our best to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on your screen. We do not use editing software and/or AI. Keep in mind that teals and purples are known they don't want to be photographed. In addition, there is unfortunately a lot of difference between the display of different screens. It is therefore possible that your received product looks different from the photo. This is a risk of buying via the internet, for which we cannot accept any responsibility. If you want to be certain about the colour of a product, visit one of the markets or fairs where we are present during the year. The dates for this will be listed in the Agenda as soon as they are known.
