Is this everything; Yes, all our products and stock are shown in the webshop. In the run-up to a trade fair, it is possible that no major updates are made. Have you seen something at a trade fair or market and is it not in the shop? Please contact us.

Orders; The preparation and dispatch of orders takes place on Monday and Friday combined with picking up/dropping off the children at school (we live on a farm).
An exception to this is
- around holidays
- around trade fairs
- or if everyone wants to go to school by bike that day.
- If the children have an extra day off from school and during school holidays. It is also possible that the packages will be offered for dispatch on a different day. I try to communicate this as much as possible on the Home page of the webshop.

Shipping; The indicated costs are not only the 'stamps' for sending packages with Track & Trace, but also the time and materials for packing your order as carefully as possible. We try to reuse packaging materials such as boxes and especially filling material as much as possible for packing your order.

Working days; I do not have fixed working hours. These are mainly during school hours and also depend on the baby's naps and mood. We aim to respond to your e-mail within 2-3 working days, but it may take longer. If you have not received a response after a week, please resend your message, it may have been overlooked or ended up in the spam swamp. During working hours, the emphasis is not only on dyeing high-quality yarns and roving wool. But also developing new colours and articles. Preparations for markets and fairs. Keeping up with administration. And yes, also a moment to answer e-mail. And outside of working hours, everything continues with thinking and making examples.

Dyeing to Order; It is not possible for me to accept dyeing orders. Dye Requests are also not being accepted at the moment.

Pick up; We do not have a physical store, so it is NOT possible to pick up orders. If you want to see and feel our products in real life, you can visit us during fairs and markets. Where and when? Check the Agenda for this. It is possible to pick up an order at a market or fair in which we participate. From about 2 months before the relevant fair, it is possible to choose to pick up at the relevant fair or market when placing your order.

Wholesale; We currently have limited space for wholesale of our Schaap & Draak yarns and/or roving wool. Contact us for the possibilities.

Visits; We do not have a physical store and it is NOT possible to come by to view our products. Schaap&Draak is run from home and we are absolutely not equipped to receive customers. You can see and feel our products during markets and fairs. Check the Agenda for the next opportunity.
